クリオスタット代替品のシャットダウンを11月17日10時に行います（クリオスタット修理完了と再設置日程のお知らせ）
先日持ち込み修理のためメーカーへ送られていたクリオスタットの修理が完了しました。再設置の日程は11月17日を予定しています。それに伴い、現在メーカーから貸し出されている代替品の返却準備のため11月17日10:00にシャットダウンします（チャンバーを室温に戻し乾燥させます）。サンプル等の置忘れがないようご注意ください。クリオスタットの予約再開は11月18日から可能となりますのでご了承ください。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご協力の程どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
・代替品クリオスタットのシャットダウンおよび予約休止 11月17日（月）10:00
・戻ってきたクリオスタットの再設置 11月17日（月）11: 00 ～終日（深夜デフロストが正しく行われるかの確認のため使用予約不可）
・クリオスタット使用予約再開（予定） 11月18日（火）～
The cryostat replacement will be shut down on November 14 at 5:00 PM (Notice of Cryostat Repair Completion and Reinstallation Schedule)
The cryostat, which was sent to the manufacturer for repair, has been repaired. Reinstallation is scheduled for November 17. Consequently, to prepare for the return of the current manufacturer-provided replacement unit, we will shut down the cryostat at 10:00 AM on November 17 (to return the chamber to room temperature and dry it). Please ensure no samples or other items are left behind. Reservations for the cryostat will resume starting November 18. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
・Shutdown of replacement cryostat and reservation suspension: November 17 (Mon) 10:00 AM
・Reinstallation of returned cryostat: November 17 (Mon) 11:00 (Unavailable all day to verify proper overnight defrost)
・Resumption of cryostat reservations (planned): November 18 (Tue) onwards

質量分析受託料金改定のお知らせ
質量分析サンプルの受託料金を10月1日付で改定いたします。１０月１日ご提出のサンプルから新料金が適用されます。１０月～１２月にご提出のサンプルの受託料金の請求は２０２６年１月上旬を予定しております。尚、７月１日から９月３０日までにご提出のサンプルに関しましては旧料金で１０月中に受託料金を請求いたします。ご不明な点がございましたら質量分析担当者までご連絡ください。
Notice of Mass Spectrometry Service Fee Revision
Effective October 1, we will revise our mass spectrometry sample processing fees. The new fees will apply to samples submitted on or after October 1. Invoices for samples submitted in October and beyond will be issued in early January 2026. Please note that samples submitted between July 1 and September 30 will be invoiced at the previous rates in early October. For any questions, please contact our mass spectrometry staff.

クリオスタット（代替機）の使用予約を9月22日から再開します。
クリオスタット（本館１階）の代替機が９月22日より使用可能となります。使用したい場合は通常通り予約カレンダーに記入の上ご使用ください。メーカーからのレンタル品のため、使用後はチャンバー内にOCTの切り屑、ブレード、サンプル残渣などを一切残さないようにしてください。
Reservations for the cryostat (replacement unit) will resume starting September 22.
The replacement cryostat (Main Building 1F) will be available for use starting the 22nd. To use it, please make a reservation as usual via the reservation calendar. As this is a rental unit from the manufacturer, please ensure no OCT shavings, blades, sample residues, or other debris are left inside the chamber after use.

続報：クリオスタット使用不可のお知らせ（8月26日～）
26日にお知らせしましたクリオスタット（本館１階）の温度制御不具合はメーカー持ち込み修理となり修理完了までに３週間弱かかることが判明しました。その間メーカーより代替機を提供してもらう予定です。代替機設置が完了しましたら使用予約を再開します。時期が分かり次第あらためて周知致します。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
Further Notice: Cryostat Unavailable (Starting August 26)
The temperature control malfunction in the cryostat (Main Building 1F) announced on the 26th requires on-site repair by the manufacturer. It has been determined that repairs will take just under three weeks to complete. During this period, the manufacturer will provide a replacement unit. Reservations for the cryostat will resume once the replacement unit is installed. We will announce the timing as soon as it is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

クリオスタット使用不可のお知らせ（8月26日～9月5日メンテナンスのため）
本館１階に設置されているクリオスタットのチャンバー温度制御不具合解消のため、点検および修理を8月26日～9月５日の期間中に行います。その間、クリオスタットの予約および使用はできません。ご不便をおかけいたしまして申し訳ございませんがどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。予定より早く不具合を解消できる可能性もございます。使用可能になり次第、本ホームページ上でお知らせいたします。
Notice of Cryostat Unavailability (August 26 to September 5 due to maintenance)
Due to issues with the temperature control of the cryostat chamber located on the first floor of the main building, we will be conducting inspections and repairs from August 26 to September 5. During this period, reservations and use of the cryostat will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding. There is a possibility that the issues may be resolved earlier than scheduled. We will notify you on this website once the cryostat becomes available for use.

担当者の都合により、8月18日～22日の間シークエンス受託サンプルの受付を休止いたします。お急ぎのところ恐れ入りますが、25日以降にサンプルをご提出ください。ご不便をおかけいたしまして申し訳ございませんがどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
Notice of Sequence Acceptance Suspension from 18th to 22nd August.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be suspending the acceptance of sequence samples from 18th to 22nd August. Please submit your samples after the 25th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

年末年始の受託業務について
2024年末は12月27日（電子顕微鏡は20日）まで、2025年始は1月6日（セルソーティングは7日）からを予定しています。詳しくは各部門担当者へお尋ねください。
The end of 2024 is scheduled until December 27 (20th for Electron Microscopy), and the beginning of 2025 is scheduled from January 6 (7th for Cell Sorting). For details, please ask the person in charge of each section.
